  • Abstract
    Cyanide reacting of synthesizing chemical intermediates is a sort of exothermic reaction with risk of heat-centralizing accident. So it is required to control the reactor inner temperature and pressure accurately. This paper presents a control project of benzyl-cyanide reactor with microwave auxiliary heating. A combined-control strategy with fuzzy and delayed filter PID was used. This novel control strategy can advance the stock fitting speed and warm-up equality. PXI bus hardware structure and Labview graphic oriented programming environment were discussed. App effect shows that the computer control system of benzyl-cyanide reactor based on Labview presented in this paper is speedy, accurate and robust in control strategy design and is logical in hardware & software collocation.
