Abstract
This paper discussed the feedback linearization in the nonlinear systems control. An investigation is made to the single-phase electrode regulator system of arc furnace. Application of differential geometry based on the linear feedback method of electric arc furnace conditioning systems to deal with non-linear part for the electric arc furnace model simplification. Further, designing the controller and simulating it with MATLAB. Simulation results show that the robust control feedback linearization tracking performance with a faster, smaller overshoot and the disturbance of the arc have a good impact of the suppression.
