Abstract
With the growing problem of negative social impact brought by production and operation activities, corporate social responsibility become one of considerable issues, and the staff with special status are regarded as key business stakeholders. This paper conducts empirical research which shows that employee duties have a positive impact on performance, through factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis.
