Abstract :
Summary form only given. Here we report record characteristic temperature from an experimental characterisation of type II InAs-GaInSb-InAs-AlSb with four constituents in each period. The structure was designed to maximize the wavefunction overlap while constraining both elections and holes to have a 2D density of states.
