Abstract :
The paper proposes an error compensation method for cancelling the errors introduced in an analog discrete cosine transform. Despite the simplicity of the method, significant improvements in image quality can be achieved. The operation was simulated with Matlab using standard test images and the results were examined with both visual and objective measures.
