Abstract
Summary form only given. Here, we exploit the tuning property of the fiber Raman oscillator to demonstrate bit-rate tracking for possible application as a self-locking all-optical clock recovery system. Our oscillator consists of 3 km of single-mode silica fiber forming a loop with the two ports of a dichroic 1550/1650 fiber coupler.
