Abstract :
This paper is concerned with the design of an output regulator for nonlinear time-delay systems. It is assumed that the behavior of the nonlinear plant is described, at least locally by a Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model. Thus, an approach based in Takagi-Sugeno models and regulation theory is developed. The conditions for the existence of such a controller are given using LMIs
