Abstract
Summary form only given. In this contribution, we report for the first time to our knowledge on photorefractive (PR) two-beam coupling experiments in ferroelectric oxides at wavelengths up to 1550 nm. Further results on two-beam coupling in proton-implanted Fe-doped KNbO/sub 3/ waveguides at near infrared together with a theoretical modelling are presented.
