Abstract :
The automatic test system (ATS or ATE) of military electronic equipment based on high automation, more general purpose and combined test with diagnosis, is developed to become the mainstream of military maintenance and ensurance. The analysis method and realization approach, which are applied in the ATS for function test and fault diagnosis of PCB, are particularly discussed through an example of some hybrid PCB applied with microprocessor. VXI and microprocessor emulator are used in this general ATS.
