Abstract :
A sub-optimal controller is designed for nonstandard discrete-time singularly perturbed systems through LMT (linear matrix inequality) methodology. It is different from the general fast-slow decomposition method. It is effective to avoid matrix singularity phenomena, because the matrix inequalities proposed in the paper are independent of perturbation parameter. A simulation result is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of our design method.
