Abstract :
A detailed study of the influence of an additional substance on the grounding grid parameters (potential, touch voltage, step voltage, and grounding resistance) has been carried out. Different soil structures and various thicknesses of soil layers impregnated with an additional substance have been analyzed. The finite element method (FEM) has been used for the analysis.
