Abstract :
Summary form only given. For applications in optical telecommunication micro-optical systems with integrated optoelectronic devices, single-waveguide structures, and fiber pigtail are required. Molding of polymeric waveguide structures with integrated mechanical alignment supports offer the possibility to passively assemble the complete system.
