Abstract :
A control profile is generated which suppresses all the resonant dynamics in a flexible dynamic system. This control profile has both the acceleration and velocity constraints. The control profile is generated from the time-optimal acceleration command and the vibration suppression shape filter technology. The simulation results for hard disk drive long seek control show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
