Abstract
Summary form only given. While studying the single-mode oscillation of a 635-nm AlGaInP diode laser by means of phase-conjugate feedback (PCF), the stable oscillation was observed with the periodic PCF. This stable oscillation lasted for a few minutes when the injection current was just above the oscillation threshold level, while the PCF, the level of which was up to 27%, periodically changed.
