Abstract :
Summary form only given. An optically injected semiconductor laser is investigated analytically, numerically, and experimentally. We examine the region of weak injection strength and frequency detuning close to three times the free running relaxation frequency. We concentrate on T and 3T periodic solutions. Our numerical analysis is based on the single mode rate equations. Our experimental setup consists of two single longitudinal mode HLP1400 laser diodes emitting at 830 nm and a Fabry Perot interferometer.
