Abstract
The author presents a study of the stabilization problem for decentralized nonlinear time-delay systems using local feedback controllers. It is shown that, if the nonlinear parts of subsystems satisfy the so-called sector condition, then the system under consideration is always decentrally stabilizable. If it is further assumed that the interconnections are functions of the subsystem outputs, then a frequency-domain condition for the asymptotic stability of the composite system is established similar to the result given by M. Saeki et al. (1980) for the nondelay case
