Abstract :
The desirability for multi-channel RF systems has given tremendous impetus to the fabrication of small physical volume, low cost receiver modules. The obvious approach to this requirement is to produce the circuitry monolithically. Circuit design and fabrication techniques are currently being developed to enable such circuits to be realised.
