Abstract :
Summary form only given. Thin single crystal films of PNP have been prepared by a modification of the shear method. Excellent optical quality and large area of thin single crystal films were obtained with use of this method. Measurement of the tensor elements of the second-order susceptibility was made by detailed polarization-selective SHG measurements.
