Abstract :
Summary form only given. We present experimental results showing strong cascaded second-order contributions to the nonlinear propagation in NPP. A strong temporal self-phase-modulation felt near the noncritical phase-matching wavelength at 1165 nm for femtosecond pulses is shown. Nonlinear switching experiments at 1064 nm also have been performed.
