Abstract :
In this paper, the author reports on high-efficiency super-bright GaAlAs red light-emitting diodes (2000mcd at 20mA) fabricated from defect and dislocation-free crystals by controlling nonstoichiometry of compound semiconductors. And the blue emission from ZnSe p-n junction produced by the same way applying the temperature difference method under controlled vapor pressure has been obtained.
