Abstract :
An explosion in the performance-to-price ratio of computer hardware has occurred over the past few years. How this change is likely to affect the way in which things are done in the microwave tube industry will be addressed in this paper. Facts and opinions from key members of the tube community were merged with those of the author to establish benchmarks and trends.
