Abstract
Summary form only given. Femtosecond time-resolved photoluminescence (PL) of excitonic molecules in GaAs quantum wells reveals an unusual transient behavior. At the beginning, a PL signal has a finite rise accompanying by a nonexponential extremely fast decay. Only after this transient the exponential decay of PL occurs.
