Abstract
In the paper the substituting doping impurity distribution in the cuprate superconductor La2-xSrxCuO4 is discussed. The model of such Sr distribution is suggested. According to the model, the impurity is distributed inhomogeneously and it takes place in the specific crystal positions. Such positions in the compound are La-positions in the (110) planes (a and b axis are parallel to the Cu-O-Cu bond). Such doping impurity distribution leads to charge and spin modulations (charge and spin stripes) to appear in the crystal. According to the model, the modulation wave vector value is equal to 0.23 (π,π) at the optimum doping x=0.17, with a very strong second harmonic at 0.47 (π,π)
