Abstract :
The problems of solids concentration measurement reliability improvement in two-phase streams in the aerodynamic model of Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) boiler are considered. The offered experimental data handling technique permit essentially to increase the solids concentration measurement exactitude in the field of high concentration and to reduce measurement time a in the field of a low denseness of a two-phase stream. The handling includes a solids differentiation vs. depth of measuring volume and a rejection of rather far solids. The boundary depth of measuring volume is a function of solids concentration of a rigid phase. In the field of high concentration of solids the artificial diminution of depth allows to reduce probability of a simultaneous presence two and more solids in measuring volume, that reduces an error of a measurement. In area with low concentration of solids, where probability of a simultaneous presence two and more solids in measuring volume is small, the large depth is used, that allows to reduce time of average on time concentration measurement of solids
