Abstract :
A Routh-Hurwitz type test for asymptotic stability independent of delay for systems with commensurate time delays, and such a test for determining the intervals of the values of common delay for which such a system is asymptotically stable (if it is not stable independent of delay), are significantly simplified. Illustrative examples are provided.
