Abstract :
The results of investigations and development of production technology of low temperature resistance heaters by means of coating are presented. An arc plasma generator with interelectrode insertion (IEI) for coating resistance and insulating layers is described. Some peculiarities of plasma coating technology for flat resistance heaters production are considered
