Abstract :
In the report the problem of defining an economically-effective period of exceeding the basic power equipment operation is considered, important microeconomic aspects and some practical approaches of organization of planning of capital equipment replacement is described. A model of planning of capital equipment replacement is offered from the point of view of general economical efficiency (net present value). A numerical example of model application is discussed
