Abstract :
In deregulated power markets, besides auctions for energy, auctions for other commodities such as ancillary services an also anticipated. Meanwhile, in order to satisfy the environmental requirements for the industry, the authors propose an auction of emission allowance to trade pollution quotas. The energy, the ancillary services and the emission allowance are procured simultaneously. This coordination problem is formulated and solved as a multi-objective problem
