Abstract :
A gridless router for multi-chip modules (MCMs) is introduced. It is an extension of a grid-based MCM router SEGRA, which employs the corner stitching data structure to allow arbitrary wire-widths and spacing. Our router completes routing faster than most of the previously reported grid-based routers with comparable results
