Abstract :
Complex permittivities of PTFE (Teflon), alumina (Al2O 3) and zirconia (ZrO2) were measured at microwave frequencies using an open-ended coaxial line probe as a function of average surface roughness Ra. Estimates were made and compared with the measurements
