    A Fourier technique is developed that relates a digital to analog converter´s (DAC´s) characteristic to its output spectrum and a DAC´s integral nonlinearity to its distortion. Therefore, a DAC´s spurious free dynamic range, signal to distortion ratio and signal to noise plus distortion ratio can be calculated from its characteristic
