Abstract :
In this paper, a new beamformer is proposed for reception of coherent signals with the assumption that the directions-of-arrivals (DOAs) of the uncorrelated interferers have been estimated a priori. Here, the interference projection matrix and the array correlation matrix are utilized to determine the adaptive weight vector. Experimental results show that the proposed beamformer can achieve the same performance as the optimum one. Finally, we also discuss how to counteract DOA error by high-order constraints
