Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
The execution of logs in business process is very important for the historical data analyzing, especially for the workflow mining. The goal of workflow mining is to collect corresponding data at runtime to support workflow design and analysis. The problems of implicit places and implicit transitions are analyzed in detail. In view of the shortage of α algorithm to resolve the implicit problems, an improved algorithm named α+*-algorithm is presented. The simulation results show the efficiency of the algorithm.
