Abstract
Efficient capturing of wind is the most important issue of wind energy conversion system, where the efficiency of the system can be improved. Various methods were available to improve MPPT like Hill Climbing Search (HCS) and Intelligence based HCS but they all need strong mathematical knowledge. A simple MPPT algorithm is proposed to solve this issue, which tracks the maximum power efficiently without sensing irregular wind speed. The complete model is developed and simulated using Matlab/Simulink software.
