Abstract
We experimentally demonstrate fast (4 ns) and fine (0.8 nm/step) wavelength tuning of a grating coupler sampled reflector (GCSR) laser, using the laser fs reflector section and a novel digitally-controlled driver, for application in future WDM packet switched networks.
