  • Abstract
    Vessel trajectories data are mainly collected using Automatic Identification System (AIS) in discrete intervals of 2~180 second. In process of e-Navigation, the maritime traffic gridded database will be used by producing grid image. In order to prepare for this, this study, we apply spline interpolation to the vessel trajectories, and develop proper grid projection algorithm using Bresenham´s rasterizing algorithm.
