Proposed business process technology commercialization: A case study of electric car technology incubation

Incubator as one of the mechanisms in the commercialization of technology plays an important role to commercialize the results of technology research in higher education. National electric car (Molina) as one of the results of university research commercialization requires a system to bring the results of research to the market. This paper aims to produce a model of the flowchart of the business process of commercialization university technology incubator. Flowchart generated from a combination of technology incubators in the world coupled with an interview with the manager of the incubator. The process consisted of 20 main steps and two large main commercialization process. The analysis result shows that the new business process of technology incubator model havs some advantage than the old model.
