Abstract
In this study, the chlorpyrifos degradation differences of two degrading bacteria from two sources are measured and analyzed, one is X1, cultivated and isolated from the sludge of a city sewage treatment plant; the other comes from the long-term chlorpyrifos contaminated soil, named D. The results show that: the two degrading bacteria do not inhibit each other, degradation capacity of strain D is slightly stronger that the X1; the optimum temperature for degradation of the two strains are all 30°C, the requirements of the pH value is different, the X1 is in acidic and alkaline conditions while the strain D is in the neutral condition; the best addition of agent of X1 is 2mL and the D is 3mL; external carbon source on degradation of the two strains have a certain inhibitory effect, but nitrogen can promote; all the 10 tested metal ions inhibit the degradation ability of the two strains.
