Abstract
This paper proposes a new mobility management mechanism delivering packets without any encapsulation as well as supporting session continuity. In the proposed scheme, each communicating node performs address translation which changes the destination address of IP packets for packet delivery with non-encapsulation. The proposed scheme can decrease the delay and increase the speed of packet transmission.
