Abstract :
Bulk commodity electronic trading market with a large amount of turnover, low barriers to entry, an uneven distribution of geographical boundaries and still immature laws and regulations, brings a certain amount of financial risks to market transactions and makes the growing importance of financial management. After several years of rapid development of third-party payment, several third-party payment companies have begun to formally enter the B2B e-commerce, and expanded business in bulk commodity electronic trading´s funds management field. Third-party payment companies maintain both competitive and cooperative relations with banks, on one hand they want to share a part of B2B e-commerce market, on the other hand the development of third-party payment is still inseparable from banks´ payment and settlement support. This paper analyzes the status of third-party payment funds management and bulk commodities electronic trading funds management mode, then puts forward some advices on the development of B2B business of third-party payment companies.
