  • Abstract
    We propose and demonstrate an upgrade solution for 10-Gb/s TDM-PON using four directly-modulated 2.5-Gb/s FP-LDs in each ONU. The performance of the proposed scheme is analyzed, showing its feasibility for the next-generation 10-Gb/s networks.
