Research on the economy effect of logistics network organization

Logistics network organization is some kind of the progress community composed by some relative logistics organizations after some period of continuing cooperation to pursue the common benefits. And also, logistics network organization adopts the new management modes of logistics organization, having the basic characters such as the resource conformity, shared process control, etc., and aiming at strengthening service capability. The basic reason for the forming of logistics network organization is the existence of economic effect of network. This paper studies the economic effects of logistics network organization using the relevant theories of network economy and the network organization management considering about the characteristics of logistics service and logistics network organization. The paper analyzes the reasons for the forming of economy effects of logistics networking organization, the operation mechanism of the economy effects of logistics networking organization and how to reduce logistics service costs and raise logistics service level utilizing the economy effects of network.
