Abstract
The uncertainty increasing of the enterprise business circumstance and the changed mode and concept of people´s consumption result in the competition among the enterprises from the focus on the cost, quality and service to the variety and time of the products gradually. Thus the time-based competition has become the research hotspot The time-based competition requires the enterprise to instantly respond the whole changing customer´s requirement and changeful business positions, that is to say, the enterprise´s whole business of R&D, supplying, manufacture, sale and marketing is organized around the requirement of zero time with the specific manifestation of customized mode, which is called zero time organization. This paper will raise the primary thoughts about the specific requirement of zero time organization and its application.
