Abstract
The effectiveness of QMSC in the condition of the 1st party audit, the 2nd party assessment and the 3rd party certification is analyzed from the angle of game theory. First of all the concept of QMSC is explored. And then the three game´s several outcomes are analyzed respectively by building game models. Finally, the conclusions are given out. (1) It exists limitations that hinder justice, equity seen from present running mechanism to develop the 2nd party assessment to the 3rd certification. (2) The 2nd party assessment can guarantee and raise the effectiveness of QMSC in mechanism. (3) Of the external audit, the reliability of the game relation and its mechanism in the 2nd party assessment is the highest.
