Abstract

The effectiveness of QMSC in the condition of the 1^st party audit, the 2^nd party assessment and the 3^rd party certification is analyzed from the angle of game theory. First of all the concept of QMSC is explored. And then the three game´s several outcomes are analyzed respectively by building game models. Finally, the conclusions are given out. (1) It exists limitations that hinder justice, equity seen from present running mechanism to develop the 2^nd party assessment to the 3^rd certification. (2) The 2^nd party assessment can guarantee and raise the effectiveness of QMSC in mechanism. (3) Of the external audit, the reliability of the game relation and its mechanism in the 2^nd party assessment is the highest.
