Abstract :
This paper proposes a novel macromodel for delay estimation of behavioral-level descriptions. The model is based on a two-dimensional look-up table and guarantees better accuracy and higher robustness with respect to existing, equation-based solutions. Model validation has been successfully performed on standard benchmark circuits.
