Abstract :
Tissue heating around 1 MHz is used to heat various human tissues. The purpose of this study is the understanding of optimal tissue heating characteristics adopting around 1 MHz high frequency energy. This research focuses on the analysis of optimal tissue heating characteristics by sine wave or pulse wave with the peak voltage of about 2kV. In addition, the optimal tissue heating characteristics between the inner tissues and the thermal distributions is described in the viewpoint of frequency, wave, and voltage differences for optimal tissue heating characteristics. Tissue heating tarfets were implemented by the single electrode in the first trial experiments. But this research was especially carried out to find the tissue heating characteristics. Also, this device gets the signal from touch sensor. Finally, we suggest a new method for cancer treatment that can give concentrating heating on the specific depths.
