Abstract :
Problem of encouraging as the core of human resource management has become the important factor of success or failure of the business. In order to help enterprises to increase its production efficiency and economic benefit, and to cope with increasingly fierce competition in the global business, the enterprises and theorists should seek a set of scientific and practical salary encouraging system of the business enterprise. Through the research of Chinese most enterprise current salary encourage system, and find the problems during the operation of salary encourage system. Improve the suggestion about effectiveness of the enterprise´s salary encourage. Including the enterprise´s salary encourage mechanism design principles should be followed and the specific measures should be taken.
