Abstract :
This paper applies system dynamic theory to research the knowledge transfer influence factors of industrial technology innovation coalition and probes the relationship between affecting factors. On this basis, the model of knowledge transfer influencing factors of alliance is established. The coalition is a cooperative innovative organization and union partners have their own advantage. So it could promote resource complementing each other and inspires innovative thinking if knowledge used to communicate and transfer perfectly in such organization. Therefore, the study of knowledge transfer in the alliance will help the coalition develop better.
