Abstract :
In the paper, a pulsed monoenergy X-ray source which consists of a water dielectric plane pulse forming line and a cold cathode diode is described. The diffraction photograph of K/sub /spl alpha// for copper is observed by applying the LiF crystal. When the copper anode is used, the rate of radiation measured at the detective position is about 6/spl times/10/sup 4/ R/sec. Diffraction photographs of the K/sub /spl alpha// for both copper and zinc are observed simultaneously when the brass anode is used.
