Abstract :
This paper sets up the human capital external growth model of Jiangsu province basing on Cobb-Douglas function and the model of Lucas´ human capital, overflow and calculates the contribution of advanced education to economic growth velocity of Jiangsu province in 1997-2006 by Eviews. The result is 0.15945. It is obvious that increasing input of advanced education is a key point to realize a sustainable economic development in Jiangsu.
